Payment must be done upfront before I can get started. This can be done via Ko-Fi or directly through PayPal.

Customers have the right to completely changing the premise and/or characters of their commission at an extra charge that ranges based on how much of the original commission has been completed and if the change is to the premise or characters (equivalent to 33%-100% of the original commission price).

Customers have the right to three major revisions of any kind. Any revisions past the third will require an extra charge of 5 euro.

Customers have the right to any kinds of minor edits after completion.

Customers have the right to ask for their commission to be completed within a deadline. If said deadline requires it to be done within less than 2 months, it will come with an extra charge equivalent to half of the original price.

Customers are not required to but encouraged to contact me in a fast and responsive manner.

My products cannot be used for commercial use without additional charges, though personal use is fine.

At least two drafts will be provided before the final product is delivered. After the first draft, the customer is entitled to a refund equal to 75% of the original price. After the second draft, the customer is no longer entitled to a refund even if they still hold the right to cancel the commission.

I can cancel and refund any commission at any time.

No bigotry or hate speech will be tolerated and will get customers blacklisted from ever further commissioning me.

Customers do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. This will get you blacklisted from ever further commissioning me.
